Thank you and Good Bye

On the edge of the road

He is waiting for his turn

He wants to hit the highroad

Success he so wants to earn

his bags are packed

and His journey begins

he knows Its a one way trip

Even if he wins

his heart is racing fast

and his eyes have dreams

A mixture of emotions;

sadness and joy, the extremes

He's grown man now, but

He was a boy yesterday

He will sit in big offices

who used to sit at a cafe

No torn jeans or tees,

and no canvas shoes

Just white collars and tie

which he can not lose

He will miss his friends

hangouts on weekends

He wont have novel n books,

only laptops n mobiles in hands

clock is ticking too fast

its his time now to go

He is stealing a moment away,

for Emotions he could not show

To whom he ignored and loved

and whom he lost in the run,

He says "Thank you so much, and goodbye

Today I am going away, but I will return"
