Funding in the US: Part1
I am getting bored at the moment because there is just so much to do around me. Ahh! reasons. This post is merely to leave the past behind and to start dissecting the present. And this third line, which is the the last line of this paragraph is the punchline: Funding in the US is not something you should aim for. My personal view is that there are two paths in doing Graduate study in the US. Graduate study is limited to Engineering, Sciences and Arts. The first path is taking funding opportunities as an international graduate student. This includes Full-time Research Assistantship (codename: S), Wage Student (codename: L) and Part-Time Research Assistantship (codename: I). The second path is to study what you like and to be a sincerely educated fellow (codename: G) or be a part-time working student (codename: H).
